Once your requested date is approved by the office, you will receive an email with information forms asking for the names of all parties, their attorneys, everyone’s respective contact information, information on the nature of the dispute, and all relevant court information. Upon receipt of this information, an engagement letter will be sent to all parties.

Cases with unique time considerations or deadlines deserve special consideration. There may be flexibility for days that are marked as booked. If you are unable to find a date on the calendar that meets your requirements, send Judge McElroy an email explaining the situation and the date you are requesting. He will try to adjust booked dates to meet your need.
